Extend Salesforce by adding the ability to accept payments. BlueSnap’s integration enables you to accept cards and ACH payments by creating an order within Salesforce or by generating a payment request link to send to the shopper. Additional highlights include support for tokenization (vaulted shoppers), LatAm processing, and built-in fraud prevention.
You must have Salesforce Enterprise or Performance / Unlimited Edition. To sign up with Salesforce, visit the Salesforce website.
You must have a BlueSnap account. If you need one, go to the BlueSnap website to get started.
A PCI level of SAQ C-VT is required for this integration.
Please complete these steps in your BlueSnap Console.
First, you'll set up your statement descriptor, which is the description that will appear on the shopper's credit card/bank statement for each transaction to help them identify the purchase.
Go to Settings > General Settings. In the Branding Settings section, enter a Default Statement (Soft) Descriptor and Support Phone Number (both will appear on the shopper's credit card/bank statement). When you're done, click Submit.
Get your BlueSnap API username and password and add the following IP address:
188.8.131.52. For instructions, see API Credentials.
To get paid, you'll need to configure your payout settings. See Payout for more information.
In this step, you'll go to our integration partner AppFrontier to install Chargent for Salesforce. The Chargent app will enable assigned users to accept payments directly inside Salesforce and process those payments via BlueSnap.
See AppFrontier's guide to Integrating BlueSnap with Salesforce using Chargent for details.
In your Salesforce account, you'll need to configure BlueSnap as a payment gateway within Chargent by following these steps:

- Click the Gateways tab in Chargent, then click New.
